Genesee Group Profile The Genesee Group is a holding company established in 1988 that consists of six manufacturing companies formed years earlier. The manufacturing companies are as follows: Genesee Metal Stampings, Inc. Genesee Stampings, Inc. Genesee Precision Fabricating, Inc. Genesee Wester, Inc. Genesee A B, Inc. Key Products, Inc. Jerry Caschette, President Dan Fergus, President Dan Fergus, President Jack Caschette, President Tony Kirk, President Jack Caschette, President The Genesee Group has combined sales in excess of 20 million dollars for Fiscal 1996. With the addition of Genesee A B, we are projecting a 16% growth in sales for Fiscal 1997. Genesee Metal Stampings, Genesee Stampings, Genesee Precision Fabricating, Genesee Wester, and Genesee A B now service a cross section of our customers' metal working needs. We can meet the small volume requirements of our customers by using a combination of Laser, CNC Turrets, and Press Brakes. When the product matures and a higher volume is required, we move our customers into cost effective tooling to produce lower priced parts at a minimum tooling expense, or progressive tooling with a larger tooling investment and an even lower piece price. No learning curve is required as the part grows in volume and different production procedures are required.
