We begin by offering early involvement engineering, supplying pre-
production quantities, as well as higher volume needs. All four metal
working companies can supply value added sub assemblies such as
welding, riveting, and PEM installation. We can also supply many types of
finishes such as plating, painting and silk- screen from our qualified outside
sources. JIT manufacturing and documented quality control programs are
in place.
We supply metal products to a varied range of industry. Some of the
markets served are medical, communications, auto /truck, computers, office
equipment, industrial equipment and power supplies. We are very proud of
the fact that we supply quality parts to numerous Fortune 500 companies
as well as some of the lessor known but quality companies. We supply to
companies such as Xerox, IBM, Abbott, Victor Equipment, Toshiba, Indiana
General, Trane, Tandy, Lucent Technologies, General Electric, General
Instruments, and Eastman Kodak.
Individual Company Profile:
Genesee Metal Stampings, Inc. Since 1946, Genesee Metal Stampings
has been a leader in the use of high quality, cost effective tooling. Today,
from its new 35,000 sq. ft. facility, GMS delivers the full range of metal
forming solutions, including the development of prototypes, modular and
Class A production stampings, and sheet metal fabrication. GMS
technicians routinely develop innovative solutions for customers whose
requirements call for a combination of processes and value added services.
Genesee Stampings, Inc. From its founding in 1978 to the present,
Genesee Stampings, Inc. has been producing high quality stamping
products in short to medium volumes using modular tooling. For higher
volumes, GSI customers know they can depend on the Class A progressive
die expertise of GSI's craftsmen. The new 63,000 square foot production
environment features state of the art stamping processes.
