Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1234, Series 1996, Martens Annexation, on <br />second and final reading, seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. <br />MARTENS ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Martens Annexation Agreement being entered into the February <br />18, 1997, between Adrian D. Games, owner of the property, and the City of Louisville, and <br />authorizing the Mayor to sign agreement, seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed <br />by a 7 0 vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1235, SERIES 1996 ZONING ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE MARTENS ANNEXATION 2ND READING <br />(PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 11/9, 11/16, 11/23/ 11/30/96) CONTINUED FROM 12/17/96 <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1235, Series 1996, "An ordinance zoning property annexed <br />to the City of Louisville and known as the Martens Annexation." <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this would zone the property to Agricultural. <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1235. <br />NONE <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br />Howard moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1235, Series 1996, on second and final reading, <br />seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10, SERIES 1997 APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE <br />LAFAYETTE/LOUISVILLE BUFFER COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT AMONG THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, THE <br />CITY OF LAFAYETTE AND THE COUNTY OF BOULDER, COLORADO PUBLIC <br />HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 2/5 2/8/97) <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, reported that in purchasing 46 acres of the Callahan farm for open <br />space the City agreed to sell to Columbine Land Resources three domestic residential water taps to <br />serve for residential purposes. This would require an amendment to the Lafayette/Louisville Buffer <br />Comprehensive Development Plan Intergovernmental Agreement entered into August 1996. <br />Resolution No. 10, Series 1997, approves a first amendment to the IGA/Plan which allows the three <br />residential building lots to receive water service from Louisville. <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Resolution No. 10. <br />4 <br />
