NONE Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. Lathrop asked if this amendment obligated the City to any type of sewer or emergency services. Simmons stated that it did not. Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 10, Series 1997, a first amendment to the Lafayette/Louisville Buffer Comprehensive Plan Intergovernmental Agreement, seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. RESOLUTION NO. 11, SERIES 1997 CONCERNING A PETITION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, KNOWN AS THE ADMOR ANNEXATION, AND FINDING THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED ELIGIBLE FOR ANNEXATION REQUEST TO CONTINUE TO 3/18/97 Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that Resolution No. 11 and Ordinance No. 1246, Series 1997, addressed the resolution of eligibility and second reading of the annexation ordinance for the Admor property. Staff requested a continuance as proper notice was not supplied to the taxation districts. Davidson called for Council questions or motions. Howard moved that Council continue Resolution No. 11, Series 1997, to March 18, 1997, seconded by Keany. All in favor. ORDINANCE NO. 1246, SERIES 1997 APPROVING AN ANNEXATION KNOWN AS THE ADMOR ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO 2ND READING PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES JANUARY 18 AND 25, AND FEBRUARY 1 AND 8, 1997) REQUEST TO CONTINUE TO 3/18/97 Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1246, Series 1997, "An ordinance approving an annexation, known as the Admor Annexation to the City of Louisville, Colorado." Davidson opened the public hearing. Davidson moved that Council continue the public hearing to March 18, 1997, seconded by Sisk. All in favor.
