TIMES 11/27/97) CONTINUED FROM <br />2/4/97 MEETING REQUESTING FURTHER CONTINUANCE TO APRIL 1, 1997, CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1242, Series 1996, "An ordinance amending the Planned <br />Unit Development regulations contained in Chapter 17.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code to <br />incorporate into such regulations specific references and requirements concerning commercial and <br />industrial development design guidelines; to specifically address the effect of approval of a preliminary <br />Planned Unit Development plan, and to make other amendments to Chapters 15.04, 17.16 and 17.28 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code in connection therewith 2nd reading public hearing (pubs. Lsvl. <br />Times 11/27/96) continued from 2/4/97 meeting requesting further continuance to April 1, 1997, <br />City Council meeting." <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, explained that a working group had been formed to review the <br />Commercial Development Design Guidelines. After several lengthy meetings, they had finished the <br />discussions and they are being revised to reflect the new format. They recommended that this matter <br />be continued until the April 1 Council meeting to allow the document to be put in its final draft form. <br />Sisk appreciated the time Jay Keany and staff had spent on this. He wanted to see a copy of the <br />document before the next meeting. <br />Sisk moved that Council continue the public hearing of Ordinance No. 1242, Series 1997, to April <br />1, 1997, seconded by Levihn.
