Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 18, Series 1997, dissipating part of the fund <br />balance of the Capital Projects Fund for the future development of a community park and debt <br />reduction, seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19, SERIES 1997 CHANGING THE FINANCIAL POLICIES FOR <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director, stated that this resolution will update the City's policies concerning <br />Revenue, Operating Budget, Reserve and. Accounting Policies. <br />Davidson called for Council questions or motions. <br />Sisk wanted the Revenue Policies on the Recreation Center to indicate that the City of Louisville <br />residents would have first priority on the programs.' <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that the policy that the Council will be adopting at the next <br />meeting will specify this. <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 19, Series 1997, adopting changes to the fiscal <br />policies, seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11, SERIES 1997 CONCERNING A PETITION FOR THE <br />ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO '1HE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, KNOWN <br />AS THE ADMOR ANNEXATION, AND FINDING THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE <br />ANNEXED ELIGIBLE FOR ANNEXATION CONTINUED FROM 2/18/97 <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, combined his comments for Resolution No. 11 and Ordinance No. <br />1246, Series 1997. Resolution No. 11 finds that the annexation proposed for Ordinance No. 1246, <br />the Admor property, is consistent with statutory law. Ordinance No. 1246 would annex the 80.5 acre <br />parcel located at the southwest quadrant of Dillon and South 96th Street. <br />Davidson called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 11, Series 1997, on the Admor property, <br />seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1246, SERIES 1997 APPROVING AN ANNEXATION KNOWN AS <br />THE ADMOR ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO 2ND <br />READING PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES JANUARY 18 AND 25, AND <br />FEBRUARY 1 AND 8, 1997) CONTINUED FROM 2/18/97 <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1246, Series 1997, "An ordinance approving and <br />annexation, known as the Admor Annexation to the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br />
