Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1255, Series 1997, "An ordinance approving the vacation <br />of a portion of a sewer easement within the City of Louisville." <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this is a "housekeeping" issue related to Coal Creek Ranch <br />Subdivision No. 3, vacating a sewer easement parallel to South 88th Street affecting Lots 118 125. <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1255. <br />NONE <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br />Howard moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1255, Series 1997, on second and final reading, <br />seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1257, SERIES 1997 APPROVING AN OUT-OF-CITY' WATER <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND COLUMBINE <br />LAND RESOURCE 1ST READING SET PUBLIC HEARING 4/15/97 y" <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1257, Series 1997, "An ordinance approving an out -of city <br />water service agreement between the City of Louisville and Columbine Land Resources, Inc. <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that this agreement would provide City water service to <br />three large residential lots located on the northwest portion of the Callahan property. It set up the <br />particulars, such as paying of the City tap fees and out -of -city water fees on a monthly basis. The <br />agreement would not require the City to annex the parcels or provide any other services thereto. The <br />taps would be appurtenant to the three parcels only, service did not include fire flows, and the <br />developer would be responsible for providing a water transmission line to the existing City connection <br />to the lots at his own expense. Also, at its expense and as a precedent to receiving water service, <br />Columbine must have the three lots included in the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy. District <br />and Municipal Subdistrict. <br />Sisk moved that Council set Ordinance No. 1257, Series 1997, out for publication and set the <br />publication for April 15, 1997, seconded by Howard. <br />Davidson pointed out that Council is specifying the water tap rates at this year's water tap rate. <br />All in favor. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21, SERIES 1997 APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO FIRST <br />AMENDED INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE ROCKY <br />FLATS LOCAL IMPACTS INITIATIVE <br />10 <br />
