The <br />following persons were present <br />City Council Absent: None <br />Mayor Chuck Sisk <br />Mayor Pro Tem Sheri Marsella <br />Ron Sackett <br />Dave Clabots <br />Frost Yarnell <br />Hank Dalton <br />Bob Muckle <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Rhonda Welborn, Executive Assistant <br />Beth Barrett <br />Update /Discussion Proposed Ordinance Regarding Library Board of <br />Trustees Powers, Duties and Bylaws <br />Fleming provided background on the issue: When reviewing the Louisville <br />Municipal Code (LMC) to prepare the change needed to appoint a Town of <br />Superior board member, he noted that the LMC states that management and <br />control of the Louisville Public Library is vested in the Board of Trustees, and that <br />the Board of Trustees shall have all of the powers and duties that are granted by <br />State library law.
