Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />OCTOBER 8, 2009 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />North End Phase I Block 10 Re -plat A request to amend the <br />planned unit development (PUD), replat A Block 10, and amend the <br />general development plan (GDP) within the North End Subdivision. <br />Applicant, Owner and Representative: Markel Homes Construction Company and <br />Ridgeline Development Corporation (Michael Markel and Chad Kipfer) <br />Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />It was requested to add "Form Based Code" discussion to the agenda. <br />Staff Comments <br />Wood briefly discussed the application process that will be used by the City <br />Council for appointments to the Boards and Commissions. He stated a copy of <br />the application form had been provided for their convenience. <br />Board Comments <br />Loo discussed her concerns with some of the information that as requested on <br />the application form. She stated she has been in contact with Mredyth Muth <br />regarding those concerns and she hopes to see a revised/ modified form in the <br />near future. <br />Lipton stated the PC and HPC meeting had ge well with a good exchange of <br />views. He stated there was no interest in changing the guidelines. The question <br />"how the City applies to specific buildings was addressed as more of a <br />procedural issue than anything else. <br />Discussion items for the next meeting November 12, 2009 <br />No additional items. <br />Adjourn Loo moved and Russell seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion passed by voice vote. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM. <br />
