The <br />following persons were present - <br />Members Present: Frost Yarnell, Chair <br /> Hank Dalton, Vice Chair <br />Ron Sackett, Council <br />Rob Lathrop, LRC <br />Shelley Angell, Chamber <br />Deb Krueger, DBA <br />Michael Menaker, Alternate for LRC <br />Andrew Freeman, CTC <br /> Chris Pritchard, Planning Commission <br /> Members Absent: None. <br />Staff Present: Bonnie Star, Economic Development Director <br /> Sean McCarthy, Principal Planner <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS NOT ON AGENDA – NONE <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION FOR DOWNTOWN AND PARKING PLAN <br />Sean McCartney briefly presented the staff memo prepared by Gavin McMillan. <br />Committee discussed. Sean stated that the process going forward would be to <br />hold a public hearing with Planning Commission, followed by City Council review <br />of any necessary ordinances. The Committee expressed a desire to hold a <br />meeting with stakeholders (if it could be done at low cost), primarily property <br />owners on Main Street prior to going to Planning Commission. Deb Krueger <br />asked to be notified so she could send email notification to DBA members. <br />Ronda Grassi was recognized and provided her opinion. She asked the City to <br />separate the FasTrack parking demand from the downtown demand.
