Call to Order: Chairperson Dan Mellish called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: Sally Burlingame, Virginia Caranci, <br />Brian Chamberlin, Dan Mellish, Diane Marino, Sean Moynihan, Anne Robinson, <br />Don Ross, Pat Seader <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Dave Ferguson, Alice Koerner, Dustin Sagrillo, Colleen Vandendriessche <br /> <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br /> <br />III. Approval of Agenda: All members approved the agenda <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Minutes: All members approved the August and September meeting <br />minutes <br /> <br />V. Public Comments Not on the Agenda: Jean Morgan, Louisville resident, <br />was in attendance. <br /> <br />VI. Executive Director's Report <br />A. The 2010 City budget reflects significant reductions. Beginning December 1, <br />Bridget Bacon's hours at the Museum will reduced to 20 hours per week with up <br />to 9 additional hours to be spent on historic preservation projects funded by the <br />new Historic Preservation Fund. Due to the reduction of hours, the Museum will <br />be open fewer hours and she will have less time to devote to Museum activities. <br />B. Plans are still in the works for a transition of the Museum to the Library. <br />Additional information will be forthcoming. <br />
