August 1 BCHA submitted the Tax Credit <br />application to CHFA. We should be receiving the results in a few days. February 1 is the next <br />round that applications can be accepted. Also, the DOE, GEO, and CHFA grant applications <br />have been submitted. Sketch plan' for the project has been approved and is valid until December <br />2010. We may break ground on family units first if funding for the Senior Building is still an <br />issue. Selena would like to have <br />the article published in the Daily Camera and/or Louisville Times. Frank suggested they contact <br />a reporter to have them run an article. <br />Open Government Training this fall 2 options to attend: <br />Wednesday, November 4, 6:30 PM, Council Chambers <br />Friday, November 6, 8:30 AM, Council Chambers <br />Board members can schedule training with Meredith Muth. Board/Commission members are <br />REQUIRED to attend a training once every two years. All Board/Commission members are <br />welcome to attend the training; new members are encouraged to attend the training early in their <br />appointments. <br />This year Callan Childs and Steve Underhill are required to attend. <br />
