CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, asked Council which of two dates, November 12 or 13, would be <br />best for another Budget Work Session. <br />Council decided on 6:00 p.m. on November 18, before the next Council meeting. <br />Simmons continued stating that he will be having another meeting with the Post Office staff to discuss <br />the process with the site selection and maintaining a post office in downtown Louisville. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Davidson suggested sending a letter to the newly elected School Board members and new Council <br />members of the surrounding cities to congratulate them on their election to office. He also wanted <br />the process begun to set up dinner meetings with them in the first quarter. <br />Keany suggested reiterating the City's position on the name Louisville High School for our new <br />school with the new School Board members. <br />Davidson suggested before the holidays. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (9:05 p.m.), seconded by Keany.
