RESOLUTION NO. 49, SERIES 1997 FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN -LOT 15,`° <br />BLOCK 3 CTC HBA JOINT VENTURE <br />Paul Wood, Planning Commission, stated that the applicant is proposing to construct an approximate <br />14,000 s.f building in CTC Filing No. 1, on the west side of South Taylor, south of Cherry Street. <br />The building is proposed as a speculative, multi tenant, light industrial building.' The lot is pie- shaped <br />with a long frontage on South Taylor Avenue. Truck loading areas were entirely in the rear of the <br />structure, with very limited visibility from the street. Parking at 45 spaces is slightly higher than <br />normal ratio. Landscape coverage at 27% exceeded the 25% City minimum. Signage and lighting <br />were consistent with CTC requirements. <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br />Toby A. Bramble, principle in HBA Joint Venture, stated that they had always agreed to the three <br />conditions on the resolution. They had not noted them properly on the plans. <br />Davidson called for Council comments, questions, or motions <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 49, Series 1997, Final PUD Development Plan <br />for Lot 15, Block 3, CTC, First Filing, seconded Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 <br />0 vote with Howard and Levihn being absent. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1271, SERIES 1997 ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 613 OF THE 1995 <br />MODEL TRAFFIC CODE AS ADOPTED AND AMENDED BY THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE 1ST READING SET PUBLIC HEARING 11/18/97 <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1271, Series 1997, "An ordinance adopting a new Section <br />613 of the 1995 Model Traffic Code as adopted and amended by the City of Louisville." <br />Davidson moved that Council put Ordinance No. 1271, Series 1997, out for publication and set the <br />public hearing for November 18, 1997, seconded by Keany.
