read as follows: <br /> <br />Appendix H 106.3. Recommended procedures for sizing grease <br />inceptors for school cafeterias: Use the following formula for <br />sizing school cafeterias. To acquire peak meals per hour divide <br />the total students that utilize the cafeteria by hours of daily use. <br />Then proceed by peak meals per hour x flow rate x rate retention <br />time. <br /> <br /> Section 7. Section 15.16.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br />reenacted, with amendments to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 15.16.050 Copies Available. <br /> At least one copy of the Uniform Plumbing Code, as adopted and amended, <br />certified to be true and accurate, shall be available for public inspection at the office <br />of the building safety division between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The City Clerk shall at all times <br />maintain a reasonable supply of copies of the Code available for purchase by the <br />public at a moderate price. <br /> <br /> Section 8. Section 15.16.060 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br />reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 15.16.060 Violations and Penalties <br /> It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, <br />alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or <br />maintain any plumbing or cause or permit such work to be done, in violation of the <br />provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code adopted or incorporated in this <br />chapter, or to otherwise violate or fail to comply with this chapter or such code. Any <br />person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions <br />of the code adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty <br />provided in section 1.28.010. <br /> <br /> Section 9. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact <br />that any one part be declared invalid. <br /> <br /> Section 10. Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be punished <br />by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year or both such fine <br />and imprisonment. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this <br />ordinance is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person shall be a separate offense. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
