Sec. 15.05.020. Amendments to tbe 2009 International Residential Code. The following amendments set forth in sections 15.05.030 through 15.05.090 are made to the 2009 International Residential Code. Sec. 15.05.030. Section R101.1--Title. Section 101.1 of the 2009 International Residential Code is amended to insert "the City of Louisville" so the section will read: RI01.1 Title. These provisions shall be known as the Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings of the City of Louisville, and shall be cited as such and will be referred to herein as this c:ode. Sec. 15.05.040. Section R108.2:--S'chedule of permit fees. Section RI08.2 of the 2009 International Residential Code is amended to read as follows: RI08.2 Schedule of permit fees. On buildings, structures, electrical, gas, mechanical, and plumbing systems or alterations requiring a permit, a fee for each permit, or for inspections or work under the code, shall be paid in accordance with the Building Permit Fee Schedule as adopted by City Council resolution, as may be amended from time to time.
