Section 901.5. Solid Fuel-Burning Equipment. No permit shall be issued for the installation of a <br />solid-fuel-burning fireplace stove, fireplace insert or wood stove appliance unless the appliance <br />fully conforms with the requirements for emission testing, certification and labeling promulgated <br />pursuant to C.R.S. § 25-7-407. All such appliances to be installed must be certified by the Air <br />Quality Control Commission of the state department of health and environment to meet the <br />emissions standards set forth in Section IV of Regulation No. 4 of Volume 1 of the state air <br />quality control commission as EPA Phase II or Colorado Phase III solid-fuel-burning devices. <br />Sec. 15.08.080. Copies available. <br /> At least one copy of the 2009 International Mechanical Code, as amended herein, <br />certified to be true and accurate, shall be available for public inspection at the office of the <br />building safety division, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />holidays excepted. The city clerk shall at all times maintain a reasonable supply of copies of the <br />code available for purchase by the public at a moderate price. <br />Section 4. <br /> A new Chapter 15.10 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled International <br />Fuel Gas Code, is hereby enacted to read as follows: <br />15.10.010. Adoption. <br /> The International Fuel Gas Code, 2009 Edition, published by the International Code <br />Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, 60478-5795, is hereby <br />adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the city Code. The purpose <br />and subject matter of the International Fuel Gas Code include minimum standards relating to the <br />mechanical installations in or in connection with the construction, alteration and repair of new <br />and existing structures including design, construction, installation, quality of materials, locations, <br />operation, and maintenance or use of fuel-gas piping systems, fuel-gas utilization equipment and <br />related accessories. <br />Sec. 15.10.020. Section 101.1 Title. <br /> Section 101.1 of the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to insert “the City of <br />Louisville” so the section will read Insert “the City of Louisville” so the section will read: <br />101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Fuel Gas Code of the City of Louisville, <br />hereinafter referred to as this code. <br />Sec. 15.10.030. Section 106.5.2. Fee Schedule. <br />Section 106.5.2 of the 2009 International Fuel Gas Code is amended to read as follows: <br />106.5.2 Fee schedule. The fees for mechanical work shall be as indicated in Section 108.2 of the <br />2009 International Building Code as adopted and amended. <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
