Section 3. <br /> Chapter15.08 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br />reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: <br />Sec. 15.08.010. Adoption. <br /> The International Mechanical Code, 2009 Edition, published by the International Code <br />Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, 60478-5795, is hereby <br />adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the city Code. The purpose <br />and subject matter of the International Mechanical Code include minimum standards relating to <br />the mechanical installations in or in connection with the construction, alteration and repair of <br />new and existing structures including design, construction, installation, quality of materials, <br />locations, operation, and maintenance or use of heating, ventilation, cooling refrigeration <br />systems, incinerators and other miscellaneous heat-producing appliances. <br />Sec. 15.08.020. Section 101.1 Title. <br /> Section 101.1 of the Mechanical Code is amended to insert “the City of Louisville” so the <br />section will read: <br />101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Mechanical Code of the City of Louisville, <br />hereinafter referred to as this code. <br />Sec. 15.08.030. Section 106.5.2. Fee Schedule. <br /> Section 106.5.2 of the 2009 International Mechanical Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />106.5.2 Fee schedule. The fees for mechanical work shall be in accordance with the schedule as <br />established by the applicable governing authority. <br />Sec. 15.08.040. Section 106.5.3 Refunds. <br /> Section 106.5.3 of the 2009 International Mechanical Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />106.5.3 Refunds. The building official is authorized to establish a refund policy. <br />Sec. 15.08.070. Section 901 amended. <br /> Section 901.5 of 2009 the International Mechanical Code is amended to add the <br />following new subsection: <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
