Section P101.1 of the 2009 International Plumbing Code is amended to insert “the City of Louisville” so the section will read: P101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Plumbing Code of the City of Louisville, hereinafter referred to as “this code.” Sec. 15.16.040. Section P106.6.2 Schedule of permit fees. Section P106.6.2 shall read as follows: P106.6.2 Fee schedule. The fees for all plumbing work shall be as set forth in Sec. 15.16.050. Section P106.6.3 Refunds. Section P106.6.3 is amended to read as follows: P106.6.3 Refunds. The building official is authorized to establish a refund policy. Sec. 15.16.060. Section P108.4 Violations. Delete Section P108 in its entirety and replace with the following: P108.4 Violations. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure or cause or permit the work to be done, in violation of the provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this chapter. Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of the provisions of the code or standards adopted and incorporated in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. Sec. 15.16.070. Section P108 Stop work orders. The last sentence of Section P108 is amended to read as follows: Any person who shall continue any work in or about the structure after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 1.28.010. Sec. 15.16.080. Section P305.6.1 Sewer depth. The number 36” is inserted in two locations so section P305.6.1 will read as follows: 15
