PERMITS TO THE SECTION 131 ANNUALLY RENEWABLE WATER CONTRACT - IST <br />READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 2/17/98 <br /> <br />Light read by title only Ordinance No. 1278, Series 1998, "An ordinance to apply and contract for <br />beneficial use of water on behalf of the City of Louisville, a municipal corporation, and prescribing <br />the terms for application for an allocation of the right to use Colorado-Big Thompson Project water <br />to said City of Louisville by Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District." <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council set Ordinance No. 1278 out for publication and set the public hearing <br />for February 17, 1998, seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, reminded Council of the February 10 Work Session which will <br />include recommendations on the Warembourg/Daughenbaugh open space and improvements on the <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Davidson called for a quick meeting of the Finance Committee to discuss police salaries. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (10:33 p.m.), seconded by Lathrop.
