Motion passed by a 5 - 2 vote with Keany and Lathrop voting against. <br /> <br />DRAINAGEWAY A <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that there had been one bid received for the work <br />encompassing improvements to Enrietto Park, including additional berming, retaining walls and <br />concrete walkways; Lake Park - modification of bike trails, uniform berm being heightened to modify <br />the flood plain. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH URBAN <br />DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> <br />Lathrop moved that Council approve the amended Urban Drainage Flood Control District agreement <br />No. 960105C and bid award Drainageway A detention improvements, seconded by Levihn.
