Davidson has directed the City
to suspend any actions to determine if everything reasonable has been done to relocate the colony.
The prairie dogs have been relocated to an area that can support the colony.

Jay Berger, 1016 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado read a prepared statement expressing his
disappointment with Council for the destruction of natural habitats and the wildlife living on them.

Linda Lowe, 651 W. Sandbar Circle, Louisville, Colorado read a prepared statement describing the
role prairie dogs play in the ecosystem and commended the City of Boulder for having a prairie dog
management plan. She asked the City of Louisville to leave the colony on Via Appia or relocate
them in the summer versus poisoning them.

Erik Sznip, 800 Trail Ridge Drive, Louisville, Colorado agreed with Berger & Lowe. He felt this was
not just about economics, but about the type of word we want to leave for our grandchildren.

Susan Miller, 774 Cougar Drive, Boulder, Colorado, stated she was hired by the City of Louisville
to relocate the prairie dog colonies. She outlined all the steps taken to date to relocate the prairie
dogs. In order to successfully relocate the prairie dogs, she asked that Council allow the project to
be postponed until June, when the ground is not frozen. In exchange for postponing the relocation,
she offered to forgo her billing until Council was satisfied with the job.

Paula Martin, 8506 E. Girard Avenue, Denver, Colorado, the co-director of Prairie Ecosystem
Conservation Alliance, urged Council to uphold the decision to relocate the prairie dogs in a safe and
professional manner.

2
