INDUSTRIAL, (PCZD-1) - THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC - 2ND HEARING- PUBLIC <br />HEARING (PUBL. LSVL TIMES 2/7/98) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, read by title only Ordinance No. 1277, Series 1998, "An ordinance <br />rezoning certain real property from Industrial (I) and Commercial Business (CB) to Planned <br />Community Zoned District - Commercial (PCZD-C) and Industrial, (PCZD-I) - The Business Center <br />at CTC." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated the PCZD Plan had been revised to reflect that Lots 11-18, <br />regardless of use, will be subject to the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines. <br />Automobile service station have been precluded as a use by right on lots zoned PCZD-I. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing for Ordinance No. 1277, Series 1998, and called for the <br />applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Jon Lee, 2500 Arapahoe Avenue, Suite 200, Boulder, Colorado stated they are asking for PCZD to <br />provide clarity for future users and simply the process for City staff. <br /> <br />Davidson called for public comments. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or questions. <br /> <br />Davidson asked City Attorney Sam Light to add a note specifying that only office, industrial, or R <br />& D use would be allowed on lots 11-18. <br /> <br />Davidson suggested suspending the vote on Ordinance No. 1277 until reconsideration of Resolution <br />No. 4, item B2 is discussed. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council table Ordinance No. 1277, series 1998, until after voting on the <br />reconsideration of Resolution No. 4, item B2, moving Ordinance No. 1277 to item B3, seconded by <br />Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council reconsider Resolution No. 4, seconded by Lathrop. Motion passed by <br />a 6 - 1 vote with Sisk in opposition. <br /> <br />Davidson called for public comments. <br /> <br />Lynda Newbold (no address given) asked Council to honor the initial grading plan for this PUD. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
