Sisk did not like all of the lights. <br /> <br />Howard liked the Red Robin restaurants, also, but did not like this building. <br /> <br />Keany did not like the rustic, corrugated metal with current architecture. He felt signage was <br />overstated, mix of colors, and mix of materials. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, thought the building height should be looked at. He pointed out <br />that this property is located in a proposed Special Improvement District, which will be dealt with <br />during a review process. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council move this onto the Planning Commission with recommendation for denial, <br />seconded by Mayer. All in favor, with Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that he has received notification that ComCast would be <br />increasing the cable television rates effective April 1, 1998. ComCast added a third tier of service <br />to the line-up of TV service, a Limited Basic Service, the Expanded Basic Service, and the Value <br />Pack. Staff is in the process of reviewing this and looking at the Franchise Agreement and will <br />report back to Council at the next meeting. There is no Work Session next week. <br /> <br />Davidson asked that ComCast appear at the next meeting to justify their rates. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn, seconded by Levihn.
