<br />Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />March 23, 2009 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Carlson closed the public hearing and asked for comments from the Authority. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find the <br />applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire <br />the license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the <br />neighborhood, all City and state law requirements have been met and, based on <br />these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a Beer and <br />Wine liquor license for Cafe de Paris - 908 Main Street, Suite 1 B. <br />Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Gunning - yes, Mulvahill- yes, <br />Carlson - yes, Rommelfanger - yes and Lipton - yes. License approved. <br /> <br />B. Public Hearing - New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - Singh <br />Louisville, Inc. d/b/a Viceroy - 1132-1 West Dillon Road <br /> <br />Carlson opened the public hearing on the new license application. Secretary <br />Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the Authority packet. <br />Background checks revEtaled no criminal history and the hearing had been <br />posted and published in accordance with state law. <br /> <br />No objections were entered to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the city <br />limits of the City of Louisville. Carlson moved the entire application as contained <br />in the Authority packets bl3 made a part of the record of this hearing. Lipton <br />seconded. All in favor. <br /> <br />Darshan Singh, 1132 West Dillon Road, Louisville, Colorado, introduced himself <br />and took the oath. Carlson asked for an applicant presentation. Mr. Singh stated <br />he already owns a contemporary, fine dining, upscale restaurant in downtown <br />Denver and wants to open the same type of restaurant in Louisville. The <br />restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, closed between 3 and 5 pm.
