Open Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 8, 2009 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order <br /> – Vice Chairperson - Truman Bradley - called the meeting to order <br />at 7:04pm. <br />Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Spencer Guthrie , Truman Bradley, Aaron <br />Grider, Justin McClure, Linda Smith, Kate LeMere, Larry Crowley <br />Board Members Absent: Tom Davinroy <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull, Joe Stevens <br />Members of the Public Present: Anne Mills, Jean Morgan <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> – Ember wanted to add the all-county OSAB meeting and <br />Superior Council. Justin moved to approve the agenda, Spencer seconded. The <br />agenda was approved by all members. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Kate moved to approve the minutes, Justin <br />seconded. The minutes from the 3/11/09 meeting were approved as written. <br />Public Comments <br /> – Anne Mills lives on Sycamore, wondered if the <br />widening/improvements of the trail around the pond at Warembourg are <br />necessary.
