Passed unanimously.

Matters from Members of the Public**

Imadail Pearson has lived at Lydia Morgan for 6 years and is very happy. She is concerned about
the fire situation. There has not been a fire drill since she has lived here. She believes tenants do
not know what to do in case of a fire. Also, they do not understand the fire alarms in their units.

**Frank stated that the BCHA will work with Maintenance and Property Management staff and
the City of Louisville Fire Department to determine a course of action on having an updated fire
drill for the residents. Frank will report back next month and thanked the residents for bringing
forth this concern.
