Sisk called for Council questions and comments. Mayer moved that Council move the first regular City Council meeting of April, 1998, to March 31, 1998, seconded by Howard. All in favor with Davidson being absent. PRESENTATION - COMCAST GENERAL MANAGER GREG GRIFFIN ON NOTICE OF INCREASE IN PRICES ON CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS IN LOUISVILLE Sisk called for Comcast's presentation. Greg Griffin, Comcast Communication General Manager, distributed information on cable TV rate increases and package service changes. Sisk called for public comments. NONE ORDINANCE NO. 1279, SERIES 1998 - AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL TIMES 3/7/98) Light read by title only Ordinance No. 1279, Series 1998, "An ordinance authorizing the sale and conveyance of a parcel of land owned by the City of Louisville." Sisk moved that Council continue the public hearing for Ordinance No. 1279, Series 1998, to March 31, 1998, per the applicant's request, seconded by Mayer. All in favor with Davidson being absent. RESOLUTION NO. 10, SERIES 1998 - AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A WALL SIGN PACKAGE - CENTURY OFFICE PARK, LOT 10A, McCASLIN BOULEVARD Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that in July 1997, an amendment to the Century Office Park PUD Development Plan was approved for Lot 10A. As a condition of Council approval, all retail uses within Lot 10A are to be reviewed and authorized under a Special Review Use prior to commencement. A Special Review Use was authorized by Council in January 1998 for a Quizno's deli-style restaurant with a condition to incorporate standardized signage for the entire building. Ail sign criteria have been added to the PUD amendment.
