The applicant shall revise the photometric plan to extend the illumination levels to the north <br />of the light fixture located at the north end of the parking lot, until readings zero out. To <br />the extent that there is light spillage across the properly line, the applicant shall revise the <br />fixture to eliminate light spillage beyond the properly line. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The applicant shall grant the City a license right to use an 8' wide portion of the property <br />located at southern most portion of her property for constructiOn and egress/ingress <br />purposes. The applicant shall also convey the right of ingress and egress to the Louisville <br />Fire Protection District. <br /> <br />6. Approval of the Special Review Use and the Final PUD Development Plan shall be <br /> contingent upon and shall not become effective until a revocable license agreement (RLA) is <br /> approved and executed to permit the common driveway. If the RLA is not approved or <br /> executed, the approval shall not take effect. <br /> <br />Z The driveway shall be widened to a total of 36' and be clearly marked for two lanes. <br /> <br />8. The pole located at the northwest corner of the drive shall be moved if necessary to allow <br /> for a nine (9')foot expansion to the north. <br /> <br />9. 'No Stopping or Parking' as well as 'No Outlet' signs shall be posted along the driveway <br /> at the applicant's expense. <br /> <br />10. The driveway expansion shall be constructed to the same specifications as the existing <br /> driveway. <br /> <br />11. The driveway must remain clear of construction vehicles, equipment and materials to <br />provide unobstructed access of emergency response vehicles during construction. <br /> <br />12. Additional signage shall be installed warning of exiting emergency vehicles, at the <br /> applicant's expense. <br /> <br /> <br />
