<br />BIO - W. Scott Reichenberg, CCIM <br /> <br />Professional: <br /> <br />Scott has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1995. He joined The Colorado Group, Inc. in <br />2008 after 11 years at Gibbons-White, Inc. He specializes in investment acquisition, disposition, development, <br />as well as asset management and landlord / tenant representations. He jointed the Board of Directors is in 2009 <br />and was elected Chairman in 2010. <br /> <br />Over the past five years, Scott has focused on development projects and acquisitions of existing buildings. He <br />is involved in multiple partnerships with a total market value in excess of $75 million and consisting of more <br />than 600,000 square feet. Scott's role in these partnerships ranges from passive investor to managing partner. <br />Additionally, his third-party brokerage activities have involved him in over 400 transactions, totaling nearly <br />$275 million, during his career. <br /> <br />Scott is committed to being a strong communicator and creative problem solver in addressing all issues of <br />complex real estate transactions. He enjoys assisting individual investors and companies address their real <br />estate needs. "It is a real joy to assist someone in obtaining and realizing their real estate goals - from leasing a <br />space for growing their business to assisting an investor in placing their investment equity." <br /> <br />Community / Personal: <br /> <br />Activities & Involvements: Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Bank and Trust, a <br />subsidiary of Heartland Financial, USA since 2006. He served as a member of the bank's formation team and <br />assisted in obtaining the formal Colorado Bank Charter and securing the Bank's facilities. Scott has served on <br />the Board of Directors of the Colorado Tech Center Metropolitan District in Louisville Colorado since 2009. <br />Additionally, Scott has been Chairman of the Board of Directors for Higher Ground Youth Challenge since <br />2001, an organization that provides summer retreats and a year-round mentoring program for Colorado at-risk <br />youth. He serves as co-facilitator of these retreats and mentors youth from the Denver Metro area. <br /> <br />Pasts Services to the Community: Scott served as President of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder (CBB) from <br />2001 to 2003 and served an additional three-year term as a Director. From 1999 to 2005, Scott served on the <br />Board of Directors of the WOW Children's Museum and assisted in the completion of their current facility. <br />From 1999-2003, Scott served on the Boy Scouts of America's Distinguished Citizen Dinner Committee, an <br />event that raises funds for the Boulder County Boy Scouts. <br /> <br />Scott was raised in Boulder and enjoys activities involving his immediate and extended family, which includes <br />his supportive wife Megan and sons Tyler, Zachary and daughter Rylie. <br /> <br />Education: <br /> <br />Scott received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Monfort School of Business <br />at the University of North em Colorado in 1994.
