Sam Light, City Attomey, offered a friendly amendment that condition No. 3 be amended to say, <br />"Siding materials shall be as presented to Council," accepted by Mayer and seconder Sisk. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19, SERIES 1998 - AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR WELLSPRING, LOT 1, LOUISVILLE CAMPUS <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff introduction. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant is requesting an amendment to the PUD <br />authorizing an increase in gross building square footage and adding an additional project <br />identification sign. The building coverage would increase from 22.4% to 22.7% and decrease <br />landscaping from 52.4% to 52.1%. The minimum landscaping requirement of 25% is still <br />significantly exceeded. The increase would result in dividing four double units into eight single <br />units. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Dick Taft, representing Wellspring at Louisville, 910 - 16th Street, Suite 1120, Denver, Colorado <br />80202, was available to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions, comments or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 19, Series 1998, Amendment to the Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Wellspring, Lot 1, seconded by Levihn. Motion passed <br />by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20, SERIES 1998 - SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR STARBUCKS <br />COFFEE AT 305 MCCASLIN BOULEVARD, LOT 10A, CENTURY OFFICE PARK <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff introduction. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the Special Review Use would allow Starbuck's Coffee <br />Shop to locate on the northerly 1,500 s.f. of tenant space in this building. A shared parking <br />agreement between Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Century Office Park has been formalized and <br />recorded.
