CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />William Simmons, City Administrator, distributed information outlining boundaries proposed by <br />the City of Broomfield for Broomfield County, and discussed the work session agenda for the May <br />12, 1998 meeting. Simmons asked for Council guidance on the Drainageway A project, which is <br />currently on hold until an agreement is reached with the residents. <br /> <br />Sisk asked that staff provide the options and costs for the Drainage Way A project for Council to <br />review prior to the neighborhood meeting. <br /> <br />Simmons reported that the design proposal for a new computer system is moving forward and should <br />be presented to the Finance Committee soon. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Keany reminded Council that the next Downtown Business Association meeting will be held <br />Wednesday, May 6, 1998 at 8:00 a.m. at Colacci's. <br /> <br />Sisk suggested Council consider redefining the Wards within the City at an upcoming work session. <br /> <br />Howard agreed with Sisk. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Lathrop moved to adjourn, seconded by Howard.
