CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT

NONE

COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS

Davidson reminded Council that the June 23 City Council Worksession has been moved to
Monday, June 22, 1998.

Keany, Howard, and Levihn stated they would not be able to attend a worksession on June 22
due to previous commitments.

Davidson directed Heather Balser, Assistant to the City Administrator, to reschedule the meeting
for Tuesday, June 23, 1998.

Keany invited Council to the Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on Thursday, June
25, 1998, at Alpine Lumber. He requested that Council consider directing City staff to create an
ordinance or zoning for bed and breakfasts as they are currently not addressed in the Municipal
Code.

Davidson agreed and directed the City Attorney to draft a document addressing bed and
breakfasts.

Sisk requested City staff look into the possibility of e-mailing Planning Commission meeting
agendas to the councilmembers in order to save paper.

Davidson and Howard agreed they would prefer to receive an e-mailed agenda versus a complete
Planning Commission meeting packet.

Keany stated he would like Council to receive copies of the development applications when they
are submitted to the City as they are helpful when he receives citizen questions on new
developments.

11
