The subdivision agreement shall include a provision establishing a public use fee in lieu of <br />land dedication in an amount equal to i2 percent of the current fair market value of the <br />property, as established by a certified appraisal prepared at the applicant's expense and <br />which is acceptable to the City. Said fee to be paid prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits for the property. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The McCaslin Interchange fee, payable at the rate of $10,465.51 per gross acre, shall be <br />paid in full prior to the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for the property, but in <br />no event later than September 1, 2002. <br /> <br />6. The bicycle racks at the Walgreen's site shall be moved to the front of the building. <br /> <br />7.
