Is it curr <br />space? <br />Balser stated the prope is part of the Northwest Parkway IGA and is also a <br />Conservation Easeme he IGA was completed when the NW Pkwy was built <br />and is betwee c unities of Louisville, Broomfield, Lafayette and Boulder <br />County. Its inten protect the property around the NW Pkwy. <br />Lipton continued wi h a discussion of open space. <br />Stevens stated the communities of Broomfield, Superior and Louisville held a <br />joint meeting on January 7 to discuss open space as it relates to the <br />ConocoPhillips property. He stated the meeting provided a good beginning and <br />the work is still in progress. <br />Lipton requested a clarification of the land dedication required for open space. <br />McCartney confirmed it to be 12% of 309 acres for a total of 37 acres. <br />pace and how do we as a City keep it as open <br />
