RESOLUTION No. 12, SERIES 2010 – A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT AND A PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE 390.013-ACRE CONOCOPHILLIPS CAMPUS <br />Mayor Sisk stated Agenda Item 8B is a public hearing on land use applications <br />submitted by ConocoPhillips for the ConocoPhillips Campus. Specifically, the public <br />hearing is on the ConocoPhillips request for approval of 80 acres annexation and initial <br />zoning of the 80 acres, along with the rezoning of the adjacent 310 acres, a preliminary <br />subdivision plat for the 390 acres and a preliminary development plan for 390 acres, <br />together with a request for vested property rights. He opened the public hearing on all <br />the application items. During the public comment portion, members of the public are <br />invited to speak on any aspect of any of the applications and all comments will be <br />included as part of the record. He requested the City Staff present a combined Staff <br />report on all the applications and the applicant make a single presentation for all its <br />applications. He requested members of the public fill out a sign-up card and give it to <br />the City Clerk. He requested public comments be kept to a maximum of 5 minutes. <br />City Attorney outlined all the documents in the City Council packet, which were <br />organized by topic and include documents for City Council approval. The public hearing <br />will be conducted on all documents presented at the public hearing and members of the <br />public may speak on any document included in the presentation. <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing. <br />Principal Planner McCartney announced the public hearing is for the ConocoPhillips <br />General Development Plan, Subdivision Plat and Preliminary PUD.
