Loo moved and Sheets <br />seconded a motion to approve the December 10, 2009 minutes with the minor <br />corrections. Motion passed by voice vote. Russell abstained. <br /> <br />January 14, 2010 <br /> <br />Russell moved and Loo seconded a motion to approve the January 14, 2010 <br />meeting minutes as prepared by staff. Motion passed by voice vote. Lipton and <br />O’Connell abstained. <br />Public Comments <br /> – None heard. <br />Regular Business – Items Recommended for Continuance <br /> Resolution No. 11, Series 2009 <br /> – A resolution recommending <br /> <br />amendments to Chapter 17.20 (Off Street Parking and Loading) and <br />Chapter 17.12 (District Regulations) of the Louisville Municipal Code, as <br />well as Chapter 5 of the Downtown Louisville Framework Plan. Staff is <br />recommending a continuance to the March 11, 2010 Planning <br />Commission public hearing to allow the ConocoPhillips project the entire <br />meeting time. <br />Loo moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to continue Resolution No. 11, <br />Series 2009 to the March 11, 2010 Planning Commission public hearing as <br />requested by staff.
