<br />4. Open space dedications should be free and clear of utilities and other encumbrances <br />that will negatively impact public open space dedicated to the City of Louisville and that <br />all public land dedications be compliant with Louisville Municipal Code Sections <br />16.16.60B and 16.16.60C. <br />5. Development on dedicated lands as proposed should be constructed and maintained to <br />a City standard by Conoco Phillips. <br />6. Narrow public trail corridors adjacent to 88th Street and Campus Drive are unsuitable as <br />public land dedication and should be developed as right-of-way bike lanes and/or <br />sidewalks. <br /> <br />OSAB is encouraged and anxious to see more detail on the Conoco Phillips development <br />project and trusts it will truly be a valued collaboration for the citizens of Louisville and the entire <br />region. <br /> <br />3 <br />
