Public <br />notice of the annexation hearing and initial zoning request was published in the Daily <br />Camera on February 7, 14, ~~1 and 28. Public notice of the rezoning and preliminary <br />plat and PUD requests was published in the Daily Camera on February 28, and notices <br />were mailed and posted at the property by February 26. The annexation impact report <br />and annexation notices were mcliled to Boulder County and to taxing districts as <br />required by state law. <br /> <br />Principal Planner McCartney requested the City Council adopt a motion to include in the <br />record of the public hearing the following documents: all application materials submitted <br />by the applicant in connection with the applications, all materials included in the city <br />Council packets, consisting of the City Council Staff communication and all attachments <br />included with that communication; the public hearing notices and proofs of publication <br />and notice for the hearing; all written referral and public comments received regarding <br />the applications; the City's subdivision and zoning ordinances set forth in titles 16 and <br />17 of the Louisville Municipal Code; and the 2005 Citywide Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved all the documents outlined by Principal Planner <br />McCartney be included in the record, seconded by Councilor Muckle. All were in favor. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk noted ConocoPhillips filed their application with the City on November 13, <br />2009. He asked the City Council to disclose any exparte communications they have <br />had relative to ConocoPhillips. <br /> <br />Councilor Clabots disclosed he had conversations with public members, but those <br />conversations would not prohibit him from rendering a fair decision. <br /> <br />Councilor Yarnell disclosed she has not had any conversation with anyone relative to <br />the ConocoPhillips development, but has received emails. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Marsella disclosed she has not had any conversations with members of <br />the public regarding ConocoPhilllips, but has received emails. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk disclosed he received emails relative to the ConocoPhillips development. <br />He had conversations with citizens during a "Chat with Chuck" meeting, where <br />legislative and judicial processes were discussed. He also had conversations with <br />public members at the Chamber of Commerce Open House, who were supportive of <br />ConocoPhillips. <br /> <br />Councilor Sackett stated he has been approached by citizens relative to the <br />ConocoPhillips proposal. He stated he and the citizens agreed to disagree. <br /> <br />26 <br />
