Approve Purchase Order - Boulder County Sheriff's Office <br />Communications Center for Dispatch Services <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy, Louisville, CO addressed his issues with Comcast Cable <br />Television. He felt the City protects and shields the cable company from citizen <br />complaints. He presented a handout of information to support his complaint, which <br />included a City web page announcement dated March 21,2006; his open records <br />request and City Manager Fleming's response to the open records request. He read <br />Ordinance No 1489, Series 2006 as a filibuster action. <br /> <br />Rob Scott, 946 Arapahoe Circle, Louisville, CO requested the City find a way to keep <br />the porta-potties at the Tennis Courts on Garfield Avenue. He reminded Council of <br />Louisville's reputation for maintaining their great tennis facilities. <br /> <br />Steve Caulk, 3552 W. 100th Place, Westminster, CO, stated he is the President of the <br />Centennial Valley Tennis Association, which has 235 members. He noted although he <br />resides in Westminster, he drives to Louisville to play tennis. He stated Louisville has a <br />wonderful reputation for tennis facilities. He urged Council to keep the porta-potties at <br />the tennis courts. <br />
