He shared Councilor Muckle's <br />concerns, but was pleased with the ConocoPhillips project. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk noted ConocoPhillips and the Staff has done an excellent job to <br />accommodate open space. He was not looking for any additional open space, but <br />noted with the higher building heights, there will be more prairie lands. He stated there <br />are several exciting aspects of the development and Council should consider the <br />Preliminary PUD and not get it confused with the issue of vested rights. <br /> <br />Councilor Muckle voiced his support for the ConocoPhillips development however he <br />also supported the Open Space Advisory Board's request for open space. <br /> <br />Councilor Dalton addressed publiic land dedication and open space. He preferred <br />proceeding with the trails and prairie land restoration. Mayor Sisk concurred. <br /> <br />Councilor Muckle clarified he is not advocating for more open space, but merely <br />redistributing it the north side of the property. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light requested the public hearing include the following documents: <br />All of the documents included in the April 6, 2010 City Council Packet; the additional <br />PowerPoint Presentations from the Planning, Finance Departments and the applicant. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to include the document outlined by the City Attorney into <br />the record of the public hearing, seconded by Councilor Muckle. All were in favor. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light reviewed the Staff recommendation on the ConocoPhillips <br />Development as follows: Close the public hearings on Resolution No.9, Series 2010; <br />continue the public hearings on Resolutions NO.1 0, 11, and 12, Series 2010, and <br />second readings of Ordinance No. 1568 and Ordinance No. 1569, Series 2010 to the <br />April 20, 2010 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk closed the public hearing on Resolution No.9, Series 2010. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.9, SERIES ~!O1 0 - A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A PETITION <br />FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO KNOWN AS THE CONOCOPHILLlPS ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, AND FIND THE A.REA PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED ELIGIBLE FOR <br />ANNEXATION <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilor Dalton moved to approve Resolution 9, Series 2010, seconded by <br />Councilor Muckle.
