ORDINANCE No. 1568, SE:RIES 2010 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ANNEXATION KNOWN AS THE CONOCOPHILLlPS ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF L.OUISVILLE, COLORADO Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1568, Series 2010. MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to approve Ordinance No. 1568, Series 2010 on first reading, ordered it published and set a public hearing for April 20, 2010, seconded by Councilor Clabots. All were in favor. ORDINANCE No. 1569, SERIE:S 2010 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE DISTRICT COMMERCIAL (PCZD-C) ZONING AND A GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 390.013-ACRE PARCEL KNOWN AS THE CONOCOPHILLlPS CAMPUS Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1569, Series 2010. MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to approve Ordinance No. 1569, Series 2010 on first reading, ordered it published and set a public hearing for April 20, 2010, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Marsella. All were in favor. All were in favor. RESOLUTION No. 12, SERIES 2010 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT AND A PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE 390.01:3-ACRE CONOCOPHILLlPS CAMPUS MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to continue Resolution No. 12, Series 2010 be continued to April 20, 2010, seconded by Councilor Muckle.
