Absent Councilman <br /> Deborski. Others present were City Administrator Wurl and City Attorney <br /> Paul Morris. <br /> RESOLUTION 17 Relating to the drawing of funds from the First National <br /> SERIES 1973 Bank of Louisville - people authorised are Mayor Caranci, <br /> Mayor Protea King, City Clerk McNulty, Deputy City Clerk <br /> Mudrock, Treasurer Hasson and Deputy City Treasurer Sreddon. <br /> Councilman King moved that Resolution 17, Series 1973 be <br /> adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll Call <br /> vote - Scholl yes, King yes, Donovan yea. Domenico yes, <br /> Jensen yes. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION 1$ Appointing Margaret Sn.ddon as Deputy City Treasurer. <br /> SERIES 1973 Councilman Donovan moved that Resolution 18 Series 1973 <br /> be adopted. Seconded by Councilman King. loll call vote <br /> Scholl yes. Ring yes, Donovan yes, Domenico yes, Jensen <br /> yes. Motion carried. <br /> STEINBAUCH Councilman Jensen moved that Mayor Caranci be authorized <br /> PROPERTY to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Louis- <br /> ville with the 3 Bar J Corporation for the purchase of the <br /> Stainbaugb property, more particularly described as Lots <br /> 2,3,4,5,6 Block 2 City of Louisville, and sign a check <br /> in the amount of $23,529.02 for the purchase of said prop- <br /> erty. Seconded by Councilman Ring. Roll call vote - Scholl <br /> yes, Xing yes, Donovan yes, Domenico yes, Jensen yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RAILROAD Councilman Domenico moved that Mayor Caranci write a <br /> letter to Colorado b Southern Railroad urging the rail- <br /> road to reinstall the spur that served Louisville prior <br /> to the recent train derailment. Seconded by Councilman <br /> King. Unanimous vote in favor of such a letter. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Mayor Caranci adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m. <br />
