Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call <br /> vote • Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen no, Donovan yea, <br /> Scholl yes, Domenico yes. No action taken. <br /> Colorado Municipal League Letter - H.S. 1529 - Mining <br /> No action taken - awaiting comments from City Attorney <br /> Morris. <br /> Comusglxof Commerce Administrator Wurl suggested <br /> die wouiTce to discuss this at the next Council <br /> meeting after the Planning Commission will have acted <br /> on the Capital Improvements Program. <br /> EMPLOYEE INSURANCE Council reviewed copies of program. Councilman Donovan <br /> PROGRAM moved to accept program as proposed and the City pay <br /> 75% of cost. Councilman King seconded the motion. <br /> Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen yes, <br /> Donovan yes, Scholl yes. Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> PARKING LOT PROPOSAL Proposal called for removal, razing or destroying <br /> buildings on old Steinbaugh property. Two bids <br /> received - Varrs Enterprises for $7,000.00 and <br /> Louisville Electric for $5,200. <br /> Mayor Caranci inquired if there were any buildings <br /> the City would like to keep. City Administrator <br /> Wurl advised Council there were 3 building that <br /> we feel the City could utilize and could be moved. <br /> specifically the steel building and the two on the alley <br /> could be used for storage. The balance of the build- <br /> ing could not be used. City Administrator Wurl further <br /> stated he would like to save the lumber from the build- <br /> ings that could not be moved and it would be in the <br /> City's best interest to hire part-time personnel to <br /> tear these down and salvage the material. <br /> Mayor Caranci inquired where would we store it? <br /> Administrator Wurl stated it could be stored in <br /> the metal building after it had been moved. <br /> Mayor Caranci requested every Councilman look at the <br /> buildings and make recommendation before next meeting <br /> on September 5th. <br /> Page - 3 - <br />
