4 <br /> Chairman Domenico inquired if at any time did the <br /> Council pass a motion that if a Patrolman was <br /> sent to School and if he quit within a year, <br /> the Patrolman would have to reimburse the City <br /> for the schooling? The Council members informed <br /> Chairman Domenico - this was affirmative. <br /> Councilwoman Scholl moved that Police Commission <br /> report be approved. Seconded by Councilman Dono- <br /> van. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> MUNICIPAL COURT 90 cases in the amount of $613.00 turned over <br /> REPORT to the City Clerk. Councilman King moved that <br /> lobncipal Court be accepted. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Deborski. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> HEALTH OFFICERS Councilman Jensen moved that the Health Officers <br /> REPORT Report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> APPROVAL OF BILLS Bills and bonds read in the amount of $202,787.91. <br /> Councilman King moved that the bills be aid. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Councilwoman Scholl moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br /> All in favor.
