Seconded <br /> by Councilman Deboreki. Question Councilwoman <br /> Scholl dissenting, five in favor. Motion carried. <br /> QUESTIONNAIRES City Administrator Wurl commented on questionnaires <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT on capital improvement and explained the tabula- <br /> tion to members. <br /> ASSESSED VALUATION Assessed valuation for the City of Louisville <br /> FOR 1973 for the year 1973 is $3,448,950.00 and assessed <br /> valuation for the General Improvement District <br /> $2,468,050.00. <br /> LETTER FROM Stated that Library Fund report showed expendi- <br /> STATE AUDITOR tures exceeded the amount budgeted by $456.00, <br /> and that 2 copies of the audit report had not <br /> been received by the Colorado Division of Local <br /> Government. City Administrator Wurl reported <br /> that since the letter had been received this <br /> date he did not have an opportunity to check <br /> it out with our Auditors - Whitlock & Neilsen. <br /> Would give a report next regular meeting. <br /> ORDINANCE #421 Read in part by City Administrator Wurl in <br /> PERSONNEL CODE the absence of City Attorney Paul Morris- <br /> second reading and public hearing. <br /> Councilman King moved that Ordinance #4'LL be <br /> adopted. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl . <br /> Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen <br /> yes,Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> In the absence of the City Attorney, the Documen- <br /> tary Fee was not discussed. The tax levy resolu- <br /> tion must be in by October 15th, 1973, Mayor <br /> Caranci instructed City Attorney be advised to <br /> have this ready for adoption at an adjourned <br /> meeting - October 9, 1973. <br /> POLICE COIM[ISSION Chairman Domenico gave the report, and the <br /> REPORT Commission requested a report from the Traffic <br /> Study Committee consisting of John Waschak, How- <br /> ard Berry and Cliff Brock - the report to include <br /> Traffic Signs and most traffic problems, and <br /> traffic patterns in general around the City. <br /> Page -5- <br />
