• <br /> The Commission finds that the refund plan as submitted in this <br /> application is reasonable and should be approved. <br /> The Commission finds that, good cause having been shown therefor, <br /> the Applicant should be authorized to file the tariffs contained in Exhibits A, <br /> D, F i H attached to the application, to became effective upon less th.n <br /> statutory (30 days') notice. <br /> The following Order should be entered. <br /> O R D E R <br /> THE COMMISSION ORDERS_THAT: <br /> 1. Applicant Public Service Company of Colorado be, and hereby is, <br /> authorized to file to become effective upon not less then one (1) day's notice <br /> on October 23, 1973, the tariff provisions as shown in Exhibits A, D, F and <br /> H, attached to the application, which exhibits are hereby made a part hereof <br /> by reference; provided, however, that all rates to be filed shall be rounded <br /> to the nearest tenth of a cent; and provided further, that all rate "riders" <br /> shall be either (a) added to and consolidated with the basic rates to which <br /> the riders apply, or (b) reference to such riders shall be made on the basic <br /> rate sheets to which the riders apply. <br /> 2_ The refund plan contained in Exhibit C attached to the appli- <br /> cation, which exhibit is made a part hereof by reference, be, and hereby is, <br /> approved. <br /> OR <br /> 3. In the event Applicant receives a refund from its suppliers <br /> as a result of final determination of FPC Docket RP 73-93, Applicant shall , <br /> in turn, refund the same to its customers in such manner as may be approved <br /> by the Commission. <br /> -3- <br />
