Meetings to be free and open to the <br /> public of Louisville. Larry Springer seconded the motion. A roll <br /> call vote was taken. August Hioco-yes, Keith Helart-rle, Jerry <br /> King-yes, Larry Springer-yes. There were 2 absentation votes, <br /> Barbara Stahr and JoAnn Purcell. <br /> COMMUN I CATIONS: <br /> Copy- of signed contract from Tollefson Construction for construc- <br /> tion of the swimming pool and wading pool. <br /> Letter from Colorado Parks and Recreation Society regarding Fall <br /> conference, October 22, 23 and 24. <br /> Minutes of City Council meeting, September 18, 1973. <br /> City of Louisville Capital Development Program prepared by <br /> Oblinger-Smith. Dated May, 1973. <br /> City of Louisville CBD redevelopment Plan. August 1973. <br /> BILLS: <br /> Steinbaugh Hardware - $10. 50, volley ball and volley ball net. <br /> Arapahoe Sports - $24.90, 10 cans Wilson tennis balls. <br /> B. & J. Sprinkling Service - $87.90, pulling out 2 lines and <br /> repairing another line at Community Hall. Motion made by JoAnn <br /> Purcell to pay bills. Seconded by Barbara Stahr. All in favor. <br /> Lights at Memory Park Square. Discussion took place about having <br /> lights turned off earlier at night during winter months. Town <br /> curfew is set at 10:00 P.M. Jerry King said he has talked to Ray <br /> Caranci of Louisville Electric about installing a timer Witch. <br /> Keith Helart made a motion that we authorize Louisville Electric <br /> to install a timer on all lights at the park, and have Jerry King <br /> decide whether to install either a daily clock or a 7-day clock, <br /> maximum expenditure to be $75.00. August Hioco seconded the motion <br /> and all were in favor. <br /> Park Signs. Barbara Stahr to check with Mr. Goldsmith at Louis- <br /> ville Middle School about having signs lettered and painted white <br /> inside the lettering.
