The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro -Tem Charles King at 7:30 p.s. with Councilman Deboraki, Jensen.Donovan, Scholl. and Domenico present. Also present were City Attorney Morris, City Administrator Wurl and City Treasurer Hasson. Absent - Mayor Carenci and City Clerk McNulty. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Councilman Jensen moved that the minutes be accepted as presented. Seconded by Council- man Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE: Councilman Deborski moved that the correspondence be accepted and placed under roper heading of business. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. INDUSTRIAL COMMITTEE Councilman Donovan reported that the meeting REPORT was held October 11th, 1973 and the Committee voted to recommend to the Planning Commission that the Industrial Committee be dissolved- and returned to the Planning Commission. A copy of those minutes Were submitted to the Planning Commission along with recommendations from the Industrial Negotiating Committee. RAW WATER USERS City Administrator Wurl reported that unfortunately we do not have all the necessary information to discuss this as we did not receive the letter from the State Health Department. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried.
