City Council meeting be rescheduled until Novem- <br /> 13th. ber November 13th due to the City Election. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Jensen. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman Deborski inquired what the status <br /> of the Parking Lot was. City Administrator <br /> Wurl reported the parking lot was ahead of <br /> schedule. He also referred back to the dis- <br /> PARKING LOT AND cussion of last meeting whether the Army Re- <br /> BUILDING RECON- serves were going to be available to move the <br /> STRUCTION building. We find now they will not be available. <br /> Councilman Deborski moved that Penner Construc- <br /> tion be authorized payment in the amount of <br /> $7,582.00 to move and reconstruct the building <br /> on like foundation. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Jensen. Roll call vote Deborski yes, Jensen yes, <br /> Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes.
